1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch:
    You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier. To cancel, please log in to your Acomoz account or contact our support team at support@acomoz.com with your order details.

  • After Dispatch:
    Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product as per our Return Policy.


2. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for return or refund only if they meet the following conditions:

    • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

    • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect as delivered.

  • Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

    • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and personal hygiene products.

    • Accessories like earrings or piercings for hygiene reasons.

    • Products sold under final sale, clearance, or special discount categories.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality inspection.

  • If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll issue the refund via bank transfer or Acomoz wallet credit within the same period.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or color issues, subject to product availability.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued as per our refund process.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@acomoz.com with your order number.
