Acomoz Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Acomoz, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality food prepared with care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, and to ensure food safety and quality for all our customers, we have implemented the following policy:
1. No Returns
Once an order has been placed and we mark as
1.1 processing,
1.2 pickup,
1.3 delivered or completed.
it cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on any food or beverage items.
2. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any orders once they are confirmed and processed. This includes, but is not limited to, orders placed by mistake, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the food. Please Cancel Before Processing the order by calling customer supports. Once food preparation is done, cancellation and refund not allowed.
3. No Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and confirmed through our system. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
4. Mark Undelivered
If Our Delivery Partner reached to the delivery location but,
4.1 Did not find address OR wrong address.
4.2 Customer not pickup phone calls (3 times) or not responded.
4.3 Delivery Partner wait for time 10 minutes.
Then we mark order as “UNDELIVERED“. No refund will be applicable, Once un=delivered Marked.
5. Wrong Address and Name
You Can correct address and name before delivery and also contact with delivery partner for validation. or contact customer support.
Exceptions
We may consider exceptions only in the following rare situations:

There is a confirmed issue with food quality or safety.

Your order was not delivered due to a system or delivery error on our part.
